Despite the high vamp, I wouldn't worry too much about these shortening the appearance of your legs because of the way the straps crisscross in front. The tan color will also look great with tan, medium or darker skin tones and above-the-knee skirts.

C&C California's Smocked Romper in white costs $110. While this might make a great cover-up at the beach or pool, I doubt anyone will appreciate the fact you spent over $100 on a such a basic clothing item.
