You know how sometimes you forget about a store, then revisit, and realize you want everything? Well, that's how I feel about Francesca's Collections (www.francescascollections.com), one of my longtime favorites for super stylish apparel, shoes and accessories, priced mostly under $50! Keep reading for 5 of my favorite finds for fall.

P.S. My friends at Francesca's recently emailed me to say "hi" (that was the reminder I needed to revisit their awesome site) and they offered to share an exclusive discount with you guys! Use code BUDGETBABE to get 30% off a single regular priced item (online only) good through 8/31/11.

1. Going Places Dress, $48
This dress reminds me of Tucker for Target with its casual, vintage feel. Add a cool belt, tights and boots for the perfect fall look.

Saks Launches Flash Sale Site Today

In case you needed another excuse to shop online, Saks Fifth Avenue is launching a flash sale site, www.saksfashionfix.com. The inaugural sale starts today at 12 noon ET and will feature apparel by Elizabeth & James. Saks FashionFix offers merchandise from one designer for a limited time up to 70% off to its members (membership is free, you just need to register before you can shop). The green E&J military jacket pictured above, for example, is regularly $395 and you can scoop it up for today on sale for $158. This move on the part of Saks clearly speaks to the continued popularity of flash sale sites - and traditional retailers are scrambling to keep up with the likes of Gilt Groupe, or alluring "clubs" like JewelMint. Do you find these sorts of sales irresistible? A big waste of time? Both?

Lunch Hour Shopping: Hype Handbags and Apparel on Gilt

Gilt Groupe is hosting a Hype sale today, featuring apparel and handbags priced mostly under $100. I love the one Hype handbag I own, purchased at T.J. Maxx for around $99 - at the time, that was the most I ever spent on a bag (surpassed only by my Foley + Corinna) and it happily proved to be a sound investment. It's a great quality bag that I still love and use regularly. So if you're in the market for a new bag or want to browse the chic day dresses and feminine blouses, head on over to the sale!

Lunch Hour Shopping: French Connection, Happy Socks and More at Gilt

Starting at 12 noon ET on Gilt Groupe, you'll have the chance to shop marked-down dresses, tops and more by French Connection - many pieces are under $50. Pippa Middleton's a fan of this chic contemporary brand. Also on Gilt, find colorful socks for less from Happy Socks. This brand has come a long way in such a short period of time! I remember doing a giveaway with them when they were just starting out. Ah, the memories.
