Duro Olowu for JCPenney Lookbook

Back in October, I told you all about the upcoming Duro Olowu for JCP collection, and now we've got the complete Spring 2013 lookbook! To recap, JCPenney is collaborating with Nigerian-born designer Duro Olowu for a collection that includes women's apparel and accessories as well as home decor pieces, priced from just $10-$100. Olowu is known for his vibrant prints and feminine silhouettes. I wasn't too familiar with this designer before, but I'm already a fan. I'm kinda loving this entire collection and see lots of pieces I can wear, like the geometric print pants (with a white tee and jean jacket); the metallic brocard shirtdress (gorgeous fabric and Jackie O. cut); and the animal print cardigan (with leather pants and sneaks a la Miranda Kerr). Shop it this March in stores and online at jcp.com.

I love the colors and prints. The plaid dress in the second photo is the only one calling to me, but I'll have to see if it's worth a stapless bra!

WOW, I love this (and admittedly I did not think that I would). The polka dot sweater, metallic trench, bottom skirt especially. Love it!

I am loving the dresses and that brocade skirt is gorgeous! So affordable too. Can't wait to see these items up close and personal and to snag some!

K first off, I love the collection. the vibrancy of the palette has me craving for Spring!

Now, a request: I love that you put availability and pricing information by hovering over images with look books, but I can't see that info when I'm browsing on a mobile device. Would you consider changing that to direct text on the web page instead?

@Jen - Good call, I hadn't considered how it would look on a mobile device. I'll consider captions next time...it just tends to clutter the page, so that's why I've done the hover til now :-)
