Although Christmas is over, New Year's is right around the corner! H&M provides affordable, trendy fashion for both casual and formal holiday looks. H&M stores are overflowing with sparkles, chunky jewelry, holiday knits and gorgeous heels. I highly recommend shopping in stores - the selection is endless!
I decided to style my outfit around this beautiful oxblood top. Although it is not available online, it is available in stores for $17.95. The top is a discreet button-up, as fabric covers the front buttons. It is very loose and comfortable, and I love the neckline detail.
I chose this chain necklace to compliment the top. Whenever I think holidays, I think gold! I love the warm feeling of gold, instead of silver, around this time. Best part was this necklace was only $7.95!
H&M offers countless simple black skirts ranging in fabric and style. I chose this basic knit skirt for only $5.95. It is extremely stretchy and comfortable. The tighter style of the skirt balanced out the loose fit of the top for this look.
Maybe my favorite part of this outfit - the shoes ($34.95). I absolutely love these black heels. They are a velvet material, and the gold plating adds a little flare for the holidays, They aren't too high of a heel either, so they are comfortable enough to wear all night long.
This was my completed look, all shopped at my local H&M store! Not everything is available online, so I suggest shopping in-store. Plus, I think it is much more fun! Wishing you all a great 2014!
