My Latest Deals from Target

Yesterday I went to Target to buy new blinds for our office, but instead came home with a couple new goodies for my closet. So check it out: This Xhilaration flutter sleeve top was on clearance for $4.98! I'm guessing the frilly cap sleeves were a little over the top for most, but I think they look fab. Here, I've paired my top with Chip & Pepper boot cut jeans from Gilt and a Tags-n-Stones initial pendant necklace. If you're interested, the Xhilaration flutter sleeve top is available online in either black or coral for a mere $8.99.

I also picked up this Mossimo boucle jacket on sale for $14.98, down from $29.99. The quality is really quite nice in person. This jacket is very typical of something I used to wear to the office, paired with dark boot-cut jeans and classic pumps. For a more professional look, one could also layer it over a pretty blouse and wear it with nice slacks or black pencil skirt. The boucle jackets are available online in either burmese red or teal, and while they're not on sale yet at Target.com, $29.99 is still very reasonable.

Finally, the purse I'm holding is also a Target bargain - it's a Limited Edition perforated metallic handbag that I scored for $6.24 down from $24.99 - but I couldn't find it online. I swore I wouldn't cave in to the metallic bag trend but at that price I figured why not. It can also be carried as a clutch - too cute.

Got any Target deals lately?

You are so pretty! My favorite find is the first black top. I think it is so versatile and feminine - you could make it work for the office by pairing it with a high-waisted black pencil skirt, perhaps? :-)

Very cute! I ordered a few items from Target last week and I'm still waiting for them to come in. I should have just driven over to the closest location to see if there were any deals.

I discovered your blog a few days ago, BB, and I love it! You look great in all of your pictures, and I can't believe all the deals that you manage to find at Target and everywhere else. Thanks for sharing all of this great information with us! I'm currently living and working abroad, but I can't wait to return to the US in the summer and start taking advantage of your tips. There's nothing like Target or Forever 21 here in Russia, sadly. (We just got H&M, but it's more expensive than in the US.)

Great finds... I have to head that way this evening for some "essentials" - I'll have to see what I can find in the sale area as well!

Beautiful finds! I've been recently finding some amazing deals on accessories at Target. But I've also found some fantastic clothes, like a pair of Xhilaration skinny jeans and sweaters for work that were clearanced for $5!

In addition, I found 2 beautiful Thakoon skirts on clearance for $6 each ... woot! I'd had my eye on them for a while, but got a few things from that range at regular price so I thought I'd hold off. But when I saw these skirts for the price I couldn't resist ... they're some of my favorite clothes now!

I dragged my hubby to Target today. The original plan was to go to Express but we are broke like everyone else. I got that awesome blue striped Converse scarf on sale for $12! I've been waiting forever! Rock that purse girl!

I see the blouse in black only. The other colors look crappy.

The jacket is quite a deal and looks awesome! I just may check that out!

Don't love the purse but it does look swell with the jacket.

All in all, a good shopping trip.

Kudos...

love the blouse, the sleeve ruffles look damn cool, though i dont think so i can wear them with my bulky arms. Love the jacket, was about to pick it up on my last trip to Target.
All in all Target has a fabulous collection this season. Thanks to you for putting it all together here for us readers.

I got the black flutter sleeve top too, and I am in love with it... it doesn't look like a 5 dollar top, thats for sure!

I love, love LOVE Target steals! I just ordered that odorable flutter sleeve top in black (although I hope that's what arrives- it's listed as a cardigan!) I was wondering if you could give us an up-close picture of your beautiful Tags-n-stones necklace. Is it more than one necklace? Is it gold? I'd love to see it better. Thanks!
