According to the Hair Part Theory, where you part your hair may play a dramatic role in how other people perceive you - and these effects over the long term can change your personality:

"A left hair part draws unconscious attention to the activities that are controlled by the left hemisphere of the brain, i.e. activities traditionally attributed to masculinity. A right hair part draws unconscious attention to the activities that are controlled by the right hemisphere of the brain, i.e. activities traditionally attributed to femininity."

Ok, so it's more quack science than rocket, but it's still kinda fun to think about (like horoscopes). Besides, changing your part is just about the cheapest way to make-over your look, and with Spring just around the corner, we're starting to think we could use a new 'do.
