The LC Lauren Conrad for Kohls Spring 2010 Lookbook is out, featuring the reality-star-turned-designer's latest feminine apparel with a cool California girl vibe. Christian Louboutins not included, sorry! But there's still plenty of fab stuff to choose from, I'm loving the moto jacket, boyfriend blazer and sequin cardigan. The bold blue dress is also calling my name. I'm ashamed to say I still haven't seen this line in person, but I promise to get on that soon. Who's loving the latest spring offerings? Have you shopped it yet? Keep reading to see the complete collection!

Like Avril's Abbey Dawn. Chantal Claret (of Morningwood) put out a generic line for Hot Topic (Tour Crush). Jennifer Lopez. Paris Hilton. And the dreaded Lindsey Lohan..overpriced leggings anyone? And that's just to name a few.
I'm not against celeb lines, they're working it and I respect a business woman working her empire. It's just so obnoxious to "design" clothing or what have you and slap your name on it. And people will buy it for that reason alone. Johnny Depp could "design" toilet paper and you know people will buy it.
Of course, to contradict myself, I'm in love with the likes of Jessica Simpson and Gwen Stefani's collections. At least, in my opinion, Gwen has genuine style herself and it reflects in her creations. And I just dig Jess's shoes. They're adorbs.
I have to agree that I love Gwen's line - probably one of the very few who actually really does have a unique and absolutely irresistable sense of fashion. Love Rachel Bilson too, but I'll stick to her column in InStyle. For now.
I do have to disagree with the JS shoes though. They are a total and complete utter rip off of every other designer's shoes! I haven't seen her clothes too much, and I did own one pair of JS wedges that were completely comfortable (!), but she totally copies her designs. I wish I could make a living off of plagiarizing, even if it were only shoes... (big sigh). And the dream lives on.

I am going to make it a point to stop by Kohl's later today!
It hasn't arrived yet, but I figured I can always take it back to the store if I don't like it...
I was really disappointed about the blue dress though-- the fabric looked really cheap and the I felt the fit of the bodice was strange. The gray lace-edged skirt also seemed cheaply made as well.
However, I do think her line this season is much, much better than last season.
