I have to say that painted toes, is a must, when wearing your flipflops, so I say toe nail polish. I love NYC I got it from Target. Also I agree with Sunscreen,for your face is a must.

Last month, I discovered Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm in Sunny Berry SPF 20! A great product that takes the place of my lipstick and chap stick. I love the light tint it adds to my lips, not to mention the moisture!

Since Sunscreen is so popular, rightful so, I am going to branch out and go for my # 2 which is Josie Maran Argan Oil. I get it at Sephora. It totally nourishes my summer skin, on my face, nails and feet. One drop for each foot, just rub the dropper over nails and then three drops for my face. FYI, I have combination skin and this does not make my face oily!

My number one summer beauty product is coconut oil. I use it for summer facials (with varying ingredients, depending on my needs), dry hair, as an after-sun moisturizer and a mani/pedi skin softener.

Sun screen, tan towels, and leave in conditioner that protects hair from UV rays. Gotta protect my hair and skin from the sun, but the tan towels give me some color that I miss from my old tanning days.

Jojoba oil is my must-have item for the summer.

I need to keep my skin moisturized but I hate heavy lotions in the summer. I use jojoba oil on my skin and its keeps it nice and moisturized the entire day. Plus its natural and healthy!

My number one must have for summer is Self Tanner. As we know sun is enemy #1. But we all look better with a tan. My favorite value product for self tanning is Neutrogena Sunless Tanning Spray for $10.00!. It goes on evenly and gives your skin a natural glow.

Summer must have? PRESSED POWDER! I don't wear it at any other time (my skin isn't really oily, so usually my mineral foundation is fine on its own) but during the summer my glands work overdrive. I don't even wear foundation in the summer because it will melt right off my face, but pressed power gives me just enough coverage!

Self-tanner. I don't intentionally go in the sun anymore after years of damage. After 25 years of tanner hopping, I have landed on the Jergen's foam. Love it and it is reasonably priced.

I would have to say that my "must have summer product" would be various bronzers and tanners. Even though I am african american (and already brown, I mix them with lotions to add a little shimmer to my legs and arms. It adds a healthy glow.

Laura Mercier "hydratint" in apricot. It's like (SPF 15) chapstick, with a a touch of glamour. Hydratint goes is in a tube similar to chapstick, goes on like chapstick, but has lovely smooth color. It's amazing.

lip products with spf. We tend to forget those. Also, Moisturizer. Just because it's summer, doesn't mean we should deprive skin of moisture. Sweat is not a substitute for moisturizer!

I actually make a homemade body scrub of coffee grounds and grapeseed oil (any oil will do). I add some cinnamon to make it smell extra good. I make sure to use the coffee grounds to rub into my thighs and legs for a full minute. Not only is it incredibly moisturizing, but I swear it helps with cellulite. It doesn't fix it permanently, but it definitely helps!

I swear by Tan Towels. They give you that fresh sun kissed look without making you orange or exposing you to harmful UV rays. Paired with a light shimmer on the cheeks and some texture spray for the hair (I like Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Texturizing Sea Spray because it smells awesome) and you have that beach goddess look for day or night.
