My heart skipped a beat when I spotted these Mossimo "Kalila" Seamed Ankle Boots, which I immediately and unhesitatingly purchased for $29.99 at my local Target. The ruched detailing gives these versatile black ankle boots a modern, slightly edgy twist.

A 4" faux-stacked heel gives me the height I need with certain outfits, while a 0.5" platform provides comfort. The non-skid tread means you can even run in these boots, should the need arise.

I'm sorry for the dismal photo quality (they look way better in person) but I wanted to share my find right away in case anyone else is on the hunt for some cheap-chic ankles boots for a fall. Go get 'em, you won't be disappointed!

These are really cute. I was wondering if you could do a post about what to wear with ankle booties. I'm loving them for fall but I'm not sure what to wear them with!

LOL! I tried these on twice this weekend, so it is ironic that you have them. :-) If were not on such a tight budget I'd buy them. Great Target pick!

LOVE EM! I'm a big fan of short boots. Living in south FL, higher boots are just not practical.
