Avon's Wool Tote of the Town ($35, www.avon.com) is the perfect day to night tote bag for Fall. When my friends at Avon sent it to me, I was instantly drawn to the contrast of wool and faux-leather fabrics as well as the military-inspired metal detailing. But what made me fall in love with this bag was when I used it to lug all my junk to an all-day work event: From the train to the subway and beyond, this bag was comfy to carry, sat nicely on my shoulder, and provided super easy access to my wallet, train ticket, lip balm, you name it. I'd recommend this bag for job interviews, school, or work (it's big enough to carry a clutch that you can pull out for evenings.) In short: This bag is good-looking, functional and a joy to carry. The price is right, too!

BTW, I'm a new follower of your blog and I'm really enjoying your posts. I follow you on FB and twitter so I don't miss anything.
I'd love to see what the bag looks like on your shoulder and what you wore with it.
P.S. I misposted earlier. I didn't get the whole "in reply to" level thingy. Sorry.
