I do not care for this trend!! I saw a lot of neutral colored ankle socks being worn with heels on the Spring 2010 runway shows and I cannot groove with it.

Not sure about the neon colors, but I love wearing thin white anklets with all my shoes. Comfy and stylish and I get lots of compliments. Just make sure they are nice and thin, and they are much cuter with the cuffs folded down!
