Normal Kamali for Walmart leopard print wrap dress, $20

My sister told me she saw an amazing Normal Kamali for Walmart puffer coat featured in the last issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, so off I went this past weekend in hopes of scoring one for myself. No such luck. In fact, my Walmart didn't have any new Norma Kamali merchandise for fall/winter, expect for some new graphic tees (kinda lame, Norma). Many items from the summer were moved to the clearance racks like cargo pants and those oversized sweat separates (just what every woman needs more of. NOT.) Made me wonder, is Norma Kamali for Walmart being discontinued? Or are they just grossly behind on restocking? Anyone know?

Well, at any rate, I bought an amazing leopard print wrap dress by Ms. Kamali, which I just love. It looks like it could either have cost me $20 at Walmart or $400 from Norma Kamali's ebay store so... only I will know the truth! And you, my dear reader.

Ruffle front blouse by George at Walmart, $9. Also available in black and ivory.

I also picked up this striking blue blouse by George for just $9. It's tough finding classy looking blouses for cheap, is it not? I loved the color and thought this blouse looked a little Anna Sui for Target. Loves it! And just $9. Not bad.

Ack!! I must find that leopard dress immediately!! What a great find! And that blouse is FABULOUS- I'm in a play set in the late 40's, and I really needed a blouse to top a black pencil skirt- that would fit perfectly, I think. Maybe not totally historically accurate, but that's okay.

I like that top, I can just see it with underneath a cardigan. Too bad the associate at my Walmart had no idea what I was talking about when I called to see if they carried the line a few months ago.

It seems inventory depends on store location and customer demand. It seems like they ship items to get clearanced down. On-line shopping works but rarely are the same prices in store!

I love the shirt! I bought all the colors for that price! The fabric is great because it's not cotton so no wrinkle and no need to iron: yes!

The Norma Kamali line is just awesome for the price and the quality you get!

Thank you Walmart!

I have several Norma Kamali pieces from this fall collection. Many stores do not carry the brand. I had to order from Walmart.com. I have the 5-in-one dress, you can where 5 different ways and the shirred blank tank dress.

Watch the sizes. She tends to run small. I have ordered 2 sizes and then returned the unwanted to the store.

Thanks for sharing your Walmart finds, I would never think to look there! If you check out walmart.com there is a page devoted to the Norma Kamali line, click on a product you like and then you insert your zip code to see if it is at your local store. I'm always hesitant with buying clothes at Walmart with the thought that it will wear great one time but wash terribly and you'll never be able to wear it again... perhaps a bad myth. Have you had any issues with the quality?

I have some black To the Max pants that I've washed a dozen times and they still look great. Also bought some Norma Kamali tees --those shrunk in the wash, so I wish I had bought them a size larger. But they are still wearable. Then again, that will happen with anything that's 100% cotton. Overall, the quality could be better.
