Win Cool Stuff: Tags-n-Stones Necklace

We have a winner! Congratulations to #7 Alice, who writes "The best gift is something that is sentimental. It's got to be more than the 'gift' itself; it doesn't have to be expensive or trendy. It just has to mean something. And, what's wrong with giving yourself a gift?! I'm getting myself a tattoo this year!" Thanks to Christina Lee at Tags-n-Stones for making this contest possible, and to everyone who entered—keep checking back for more great giveaways!

Tag-n-Stones

Please note: This contest has ended.

Initial necklaces are meaningful and chic in their delicate simplicity, which is why I am super excited about today's giveaway: Courtesy of Tags-n-Stones by Christina Lee, one lucky Budget Babe reader will win one gold-filled initial tag (or sterling silver, if you're a silver kind of girl) and stone (you can pick any color you want!), and have it hammered or not. Who else gives you so many fabulous choices?

For your chance to win, visit Tags-n-Stones.com, then tell us what you think is the perfect Valentine's Day gift in the comment section below. Good luck!

Be sure to use a valid email address and include info(at)thebudgetbabe.com in your address book so we can contact you if you're the winner. Comments must be posted by 12 noon ET on Tuesday February 3 to be eligible to win. One lucky winner will be chosen at random, and will be announced on Wednesday February 4.

Gisele Bundchen Ad Campaign for Rampage

Gisele Bundchen Ad Campaign for Rampage

Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen is the new spokesmodel for Rampage, having recently posed for the affordable clothing retailer's Spring 2009 collection. Hmm, seems a little beneath her. Which begs the question: Who still shops at Rampage? I was never a big fan of the store, but I remember thinking they had some cute party clothes back in college. Then, Forever 21 opened their doors in my hometown, and Rampage became a distant memory. I'd check their website from time to time, but never found anything worthwhile (and right now, it looks like a redesign of their online store is in the works). With stale, overpriced styles, Rampage falls short of their competitors in my book. And judging by these campaign photos, even Gisele can't make Rampage clothing look classy or desirable. Unless Rampage ups their game, I'll continue to pass. What about you—are you a fan of Rampage?
