While statement necklaces are a hot trend for spring, this gorgeous bubble necklace by J. Crew will definitely be a treasured piece for years to come. Should you choose to splurge, it's $150 at JCrew.com, and comes in either dusty blossom or soft graphite...

Forever 21 at ShopStyle

...but as much as I love J. Crew's flawless rendition, Forever 21 makes it all too easy to save by offering us this amazing polished stone bib necklace for just $13.80. The colors definitely give each necklace a totally different vibe, but I'm loving the brilliant blues—so right for spring.

What do you think, would you splurge or save on this trend?

Target is teaming up with designer Rogan Gregory AGAIN, but this time it's with Loomstate, Gregory's environmentally responsible clothing line that he co-creates with Scott Mackinlay Hahn. The collection features cotton silk shifts, plaid poplin shorts, a pelican-print bikini, and men's clothing, too, in certified-organic cotton and soft-washed finishes. I wasn't too excited about Rogan for Target, but this Loomstate stuff is beginning to grow on me. I like the roll-up sleeve sweaters and denim skirt. If nothing else, you know I'll stalk it on the clearance racks. Hits Target.com April 19th. [via Nylon]

The Look for Less: Ettika Silk Wrap Bracelet

Many designers have turned inexpensive souvenirs that you might have picked up for a few dollars abroad, into fashionable—and expensive—commodities at home. Think Indian bangles or Tibetan prayer beads. This ethnic-inspired (for lack of a better word) Ettika Silk Wrap Bracelet with gold charms, for example, sells for $83 at Max & Chloe...
