My Nail Art Feature on Refinery 29

Refinery 29 recently invited myself along with two of my favorite bloggers, Grace Atwood from Stripes & Sequins, and Jenni Radosevich from I Spy DIY, to create original spring-theme nail art designs in their New York City offices.

Grace did a sweet "Garden Party" pointillism manicure, Jenni went for a "Hot Mod" colorblock design, while I created a "Coachella Nights" inspired landscape.

Privet House at Target Lookbook

Here's the Privet House at Target lookbook, one of the collections that will be part of The Shops at Target arriving May 6th in stores and online at Target.com. Once you pick up your summer vacay wardrobe from The Webster at Target, you can pick up some chic decor and accessories for the home, garden and table reminiscent of Privet House's charming aesthetic. With two locations in Connecticut - Warren and Greenwich - Privet House boasts an international collection of antique and vintage furniture, artwork and mirrors for your mansion and summer cottage (only partially joking).

Privet House at Target will give you the bougie look without the steep price tag - think colorful melamine dinnerware, farmer's market totes, galvanized watering cans, posh stationary, and other chic objects that look plucked from a Parisian flea market. With everything ranging from just $3.49 to $79.99, it will be hard to pick just one thing. I think the bird cage would look lovely as a card holder at a party or outdoor wedding. Once again, I was really impressed by all the offerings that I saw at a NY press preview a few months ago - you can't really distinguish these items from their pricey specialty boutique counterparts. What do you think?

The Webster at Target Lookbook

Here we have The Webster at Target lookbook, part of The Shops at Target which launches this May. Back in January, I gave you a sneak peek at this program, whereby Target is partnering with small shop owners and local boutiques to co-create limited-edition collections for its guests.

Co-created by The Webster owner Laure Heriard Dubreuil and Target, The Webster at Target includes apparel and accessories for women (shown here), men, kids and baby with a Miami vibe. Taking inspiration from The Webster's décor, the shop's wallpaper is reinterpreted into the banana leaf print found throughout the collection, while the two-way deco print pays homage to the Miami Beach Art Deco district.

Ranging in price from $7.99 to $49.99, The Webster at Target collection will be available May 6, 2012 at all Target stores and Target.com. Kids, baby, along with women's shoes and select styles in plus and petite are exclusive to Target.com.

The tropical prints are so on trend this season; I might pick up the pink and green print dress (it features leaves and tasteful little flamingos) for $42.99, cap-toe wedges in melon/gold ($24.99) and a striped straw hat ($19.99). I was impressed with this collection when I saw the goods in person at a NY press preview and I think you will be too! Which pieces are you considering?
