Wearing summer leather is a huge trend this season. The key to wearing leather in summer is choosing a shape that falls a bit away from the body, giving your skin plenty of room to breathe. And you have to be savvy about what you pair it with.

Want to try a new silhouette? Take a cue from model Gigi Hadid and pair a crop top with a long vest and slim (but not skinny) bottoms. Showing a hint of skin works now in the summer and you can transition the look for fall with something a bit more covered up. As for the shoes, I couldn't find a snake print shoe quite like Gigi's low ankle booties but I did find some slip-on sneaks that will give you that hint of print this look needs.

Summer is a time for bright colors. Clothing, accessories, makeup, and home décor all look fantastic in summer brights and these affordable under-$50 items will help you shop this trend on a budget. From a yellow maxi dress from Lulu’s, to a red outdoor pouf from Kohl’s, to a teal purse from Charming Charlie, these summer brights are fun items that you'll love.
