I actually adore the second dress over the first anyway!! much more trendy of a stripe. Pair it with some white jeans or boyfriend frayed shorts...I mean I am 6'0 so I know this "dress" will only be a shirt" but I LOVE it! XO

Just checked the APC dress link to SAKS and it's marked down to $117 - very cute. Boot are sold out.

Agreed; the second "dress" isn't a dress at all! If anything, it qualifies as a tunic.
