Off the Rack: Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips Holiday Collection

Just wanted to share some real-life pics of the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips Holiday 2011 collection, which I found at my local Target (thanks to a tip from a reader!). After seeing the product pics, I was certain the plaid would be my favorite, but after seeing them in person, I think I'm loving the Prep's School silver argyle print even more. Something about the metallic finish really makes these pop while the preppy print keeps them chic. I didn't end up buying a set just yet (I'm a bit neurotic) but I know I'll go back for them eventually. Not like I don't visit Target every other week! Have you scooped up a set yet? Were they as good in person as you had expected?

Random: Two party-perfect polishes from Revlon, Blue Mosaic and Facets of Fuchsia. Want.

My roommate totally grabbed my hands to put these on! I had no idea what they were until she started sticking away. I think they're great, and i've got a ton of compliments on it so far :-)

I got the peppermint stripe and I love them! They were a little tricky to start out with, but once I got the hang of it - easy, peasy. And they've last forever. I don't have any chips at all and I think my cuticles will grow up before they need to be replaced! I would totally buy them again.

I have used the zebra ones, and they stayed on pretty well, especially for how hard on my hands I am. They do destroy the nail a tiny bit when removing though since you usually have to peel them off... remover takes FOREVER.

I love each of these! I've only ever used the leopard print Sally Hansen Salon Effects, but I must try a couple of these other patterns for the holidays!

Thanks for sharing!
