As a Westfield Style Ambassador, I wanted to share really exciting news about something called the Westfield Style Lounge, which provides shoppers with a free, one-on-one fashion consultation with Style for Hire stylists when they visit the malls.
That's right: You can get real-time help from real stylists while you're shopping at the mall.
There are two ways to take advantage of this free service: Head to the Westfield Style Lounge, a dedicated space in the mall where professional stylists will provide free personalized style consultations for shoppers.
Or, just use your mobile phone to simple e-mail a photo of your look to the on-call stylist for an instant response. Brilliant!
Tweeting your look to friends is great, after all, I do it all the time, but sometimes you want a pro's help. The Westfield Style Lounge and Ask A Stylist is staffed by experts from Style for Hire, a network of personal stylists trained by Stacy London, the acclaimed host of TLC's What Not To Wear and Creative Director for Westfield Style.
If you live in the Connecticut area, like me, there's a Westfield Style Lounge at the Trumbull location, just outside of J.Crew and Banana Republic. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also schedule an appointment in advance using the Westfield Mobile App (for iPad, Android, or Blackberry), or via www.westfield.com/trumbull. I'll be checking it out in person soon so stay tuned for details.
Westfield Style Lounges can now be found at three mall locations and you can find all the details here.
What do you think of having free fashion stylists at your beck and call when you're at the mall?
Disclosure: Westfield Style is a lovely sponsor of The Budget Babe blog. The decision to write this post and the ideas expressed within are entirely my own.
