D, I'm heading to my local Kohl's and see if they left me a pair. They have their 15% off pass this weekend too so know I will safe more ;-)! Great find!

I've tried on both the sam edelman version and the vera wang version and of course you get what you pay for. The one's from kohl's are really stiff and don't bend when you put them on; resulting in looking like elf shoes with your toes pointed up. Yes, they are cute, but unwearable.

I own the Vera Wang ones and I love them! So cute! They do stay pointy even after you slip them on but I think they still look good. Go get a pair!

When I saw your post, I knew I had to get them. So I went yesterday and tried them on. They are so cute! I have a small heel, so I went down half a size. Yes the shoes have a bit of the "elf effect" on the front of the shoe, but that seems to happen with a lot of ballet flats that have the ruching on the side. I can only wear flats with ruching, otherwise my heel slips out. I'm not bothered by it that much. I think the unique look and awesome price (I used their 15% coupon too!) outweighs that issue. This is definitely something I do not have in my closet and am so happy you posted this!
