H&M announced today their next designer collaboration will be with Parisian designer Isabel Marant, news that has injected some much-needed enthusiasm into the current state of affordable collabs. You know Marant for things like the Dicker boot and low-wedge sneaks that every stylish celebrity, off-duty model and fashionista seems to own (and which have been copied ad infinitum and featured many times over on this blog). But of course she's so much more - she embodies today's Parisian chic that's one part urban, one part boho, a dash of rock 'n' roll and 100% French.
It's funny to hear about this collab today because just yesterday, I was responding to an interview in which I was asked which one designer I'd wish to have a 30 minute free-for-all shopping spree and I responded without hesitation: Isabel Marant! Ah, to have just an ounce of her cool factor LOL. A girl can dream and now a girl can afford this November 14th, 2013, when Isabel Marant for H&M launches in 250 stores worldwide (and possible online?!) for women, men and teens (whatever that means!)
Who's excited?

Thanks for the news update
P.S. In my blog post "Rockin H&M" I talk about wearing H&M. Semi related I suppose. If you could check it out that would be wonderful!
Of all of H&M's designer collaborations, this one has me genuinely excited. Étoile Isabel Marant is a splurge while the regular line is way out of my reach and I absolutely love her stuff.
