Armani Fall 2013: Runway to Real Way

Giorgio Armani's Ready-To-Wear collection is easily one of my favorite compilations of clothing out this fall. Entitled Garçonne, Armani's collection consisted of posh garments fused with a dash of masculinity. Here's how I would transform these runway looks into everyday wear...

Rocking an edgy leather jacket and velvet suspenders, this model pulls off the urbane tomboy look effortlessly. For a budget-friendly take, my version of this look consists of a military faux leather jacket paired with chic black suspender pants and a sky-blue blouse. Add a black beanie, white bag, and fabulous caged stilettos to complete this look.

The simplicity of this next feature gives it its beauty. This stunning white turtleneck complimented by velvet pants and a modish black beanie grabbed my attention. My budget version of this look begins with a white turtleneck balanced by a gorgeous turquoise statement necklace. Whenever I wear a plain blouse, I always try to add an eye-popping statement necklace. Whether it’s a statement necklace or not, don’t be afraid to wear a necklace over your turtlenecks! Next, I added a pair of cute black pants, brogues and a flashy crocodile clutch. This fall, beanies are in. Refine this look with a trendy slouchy beanie.

This last stunner features a model in a beautiful silky sequin blouse and velvet skirt, topped off with a cute hat and matching sparkling clutch. My take on this look removes the hat and alters a couple things: First I added a breathtaking striped sequin top and the quintessential maxi skirt. Whenever you have a lot going on in one area of your ensemble – in this instance the sequin blouse – you want to balance the other areas of your look with something simple. Continuing with that theme, instead of a sparkling clutch I added a ritzy leather-lookalike bag, and brown high-heel platforms. Brown and nude shoes tend to go with everything. Mix and match to see what you prefer!

Do you happen to know the name of the laced boot you have pictured above? When I click on the link "shoe" it takes me to the website, however I have not had any luck finding the shoe.
Perhaps the name/make of the shoe, then I could do a search. I have been looking for a casual heeled boot like this that won't break my bank!! Thanks!
