Ladies, it is leggings season! If you want to steer clear of tights that have little-to-no stretch AND barely keep your feet warm, then you will love Bootights. These unique tights that I was gifted for review have a sheer black look, but the part that covers your foot is a supportive sock. This is truly brilliant for the cold weather when you still want to wear dresses and skirts.
I found the tights to be comfortable, easy to put on, and very warm around my feet! The attached sock allows for more support, and Bootights gives you the sock and tights in one piece so you have one less thing to worry about! Here is what Bootights has to say:
“Bootights features a variety of colors and patterns. Durable, with superior fabric memory, they incorporate a super-soft, non-rolling waistband and control top for all-day support and smooth silhouette. At the bottom are performance socks made from moisture wicking fibers that keep feet cool and dry, with a mesh zone aiding ventilation. Compression arch is complemented by additional cushioning in the toe and heel to reduces snags and runs, and a flat toe seam which eliminates uncomfortable 'tight toe.'”
This fashion-meets-comfort product is worth buying because you will never have to worry about pulling your socks up all day long. (Hate when this happens!) The socks are sewn in with mid-calf and ankle-tall versions for any boot height.
Bootights range from about $32-$40. This is a bit pricey if you already have tights and separate socks you love, but if you are looking for the perfect pair of new tights and socks, then Bootights are a practical choice to avoid buying two separate items.
Bootights are available at www.bootights.com and retailers nationwide including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Zappos.com, Amazon.com, etc. You can also follow Bootights on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
Disclosure: I received the pair of tights featured in this post for free. The decision to write this review and all opinions expressed are my own.
Still, it'd be nice not to wear tights-material on the feet ... just not as moisture-wicking as cotton socks.
