While I'd like to think I don't bark at my readers like a used car salesman to buy things, today I am totally going to be an enabler because Target is having a big summer sale on shoes and cute fashions that you obviously need. Sandals are buy one, get one half off, and select ballet flats are 2 for $30. Plus, button-down cotton shirts are $17, down from $23, (the ones that look very J.Crew - I bought the pineapple print one, thanks to Tracy's Notebook of Style for "making" me buy it!)
Home decor temptations were calling my name, too. I nearly bought two pairs of shoes but managed to talk myself out of it, and instead I talked myself into buying this mail organizer and this wall organizer by Smith & Hawken instead (looks just like Pottery Barn for less! Plus I have lots of summer house guests that will be visiting and decided I need to declutter rather than buy more shoes). Neither of these items was on sale (figures) but if you're looking for home accents, I saw clearance items in nearly every aisle.

did u happen to try on the lace shorts? I tried on H&M 's version...not so cute.
