Off the Rack: Cute Summer Shoes at Kohl's

Cute shoes at Kohl's

Last week I stopped by Kohl's to try to find a pair of blue and brown flat sandals that I'd seen on a friend of mine who happens to be French and who also happens to be impossibly chic without even trying (yes, the stereotype c'est vrai). They're by a brand called Sole (Sense)ability which is a stylish comfort brand that I'd honestly never even noticed before but seems to have some really cute options. If you do a lot of walking, you'll want to check these out. They're available HERE in 3 color combos for just $19 online (down from $50). The blue/brown combo is the most fun and expensive looking IMO (reminiscent of Campers or something).
Since I was there, I snapped some photos of other cute summer sandals. Highlights include these pale grey cage heels by LC Lauren Conrad ($36), great for summer weddings, these ELLE cut-out dress heels ($32, love the mid-heel height!), and these Candie's embellished flat sandals for $25 - but, buyer beware, this exact same style is just $20 at Target (available HERE in leopard, tan or white, so if you want the black, you'll have to get them at Kohl's).

I would hope these shoes are inexpensive, they are plastic? Nobody ever comments on the budget posts. Shoes at Target and Kohls and designer "capsule" collections should be cheap they are no different than payless. Don't these kill your feet?

It depends, some synthetic shoes are actually very comfortable and durable...but I think what you're getting at is the fact that we've lost sight of comfort and quality materials in lieu of designer names or the latest trends. And the prices reflect that.
