Off the Rack: My Joe Fresh at JCP Clearance Haul

The little man and I have reached our stride shopping-wise. I let him explore, he lets me shop. The timing couldn't have been better because yesterday I made it to JCPenney to check out the January clearance sales and the prices on Joe Fresh were so low, it was awkward. I bought the 13 pieces shown above for $86.11, with a total savings of $344.03. And actually it would have been lower had I remembered to use my 15% off coupon (there were signs everywhere reminding shoppers but, you know, mommy brain is real). Is it just me or when you forget to use a coupon or something do you dwell on what you could have saved instead of what you actually scored? I think the cashier should have reminded me, but oh well. Now my complaining over $12.14 is getting awkward...

Moving on, these photos show some of the non-clearance looks I'm loving from Joe Fresh right now (Dalmatian sweater!!) which were 25% off, as well as some clearance items (60-80% off). I picked up soft sweaters in gray, navy and ivory, one embellished sweater, an embellished sweatshirt, the softest white jersey pocket tee (very Alexander Wang), two graphic tees, some striped tees (both long and short), and a dark wash denim shirt. Pieces I can mix and match and wear everyday. Winter is far from over and I'm excited to have some new things to get me through the next couple of months.

Oh, you are speaking to me with your coupon story. I dwell and dwell if I miss a savings opportunity. Actually, just last week I bought a $20 shirt at JCP and I checked retailmenot and there were no coupons. I'm going through my purse later and realize I have a 20% off coupon I got with my credit card statement. I was so ticked about that darned $4 I could have saved.

nice haul! i walked through jcp the other day, but i didn't have time to look around, but there were some awesome deals. maybe i'll go today and see if anything's left, lol

This is an awesome haul and the prices are sooo low, I can't believe it! I am with you, the cashier should have given it to you, I would also go back and ask for the 15% off and show them the coupon

I love Joe Fresh! I got that red/blue Nordic sweater for Christmas as well as a slouchy/comfy grey one with a Scottie dog on it.

Hi! I have been doing a lot more shopping at JCP lately. If you forget your coupon, ask the cashier, they ALWAYS have one next to the register that they will scan for you!

I love Joe Fresh and the JCP line. I think they are both fun, bright, and youthful. And I think you cleaned up well. We are fortunate enough to have a local independent JCP store (not mall based) - that won't be closing. It's about two towns away. The good part about this is, not many gals I work with shop at JCP. Therefore, when I am able to purchase anything from there, no one has seen these latest looks, even if they have come off the clearance rack (and what better way to bargain shop?).
