Fall Outfit Pinspiration: Checked Shirt, Cargo Vest, Colored Leggings

Fall outfit featuring cargo vest, check shirt, purple leggings
We spent our Saturday doing quintessential fall activities on the most gorgeous autumn day imaginable, eating our way through a garlic festival then picking up apples and pumpkins at a local farm. It was the perfect chance for me to recreate a casual fall look from Pop of Style which I had pinned months ago, but never actually put together - until now! All you need is a black and white checked shirt, military or cargo style vest, and some colored leggings. Riding boots complete the look. I added a layering tee since I'm 33 weeks pregnant but don't let that deter you from trying this look. Just button up the check shirt and you're all set. Read on for my budget-friendly finds to help you get this casual fall look with pieces under $40, and head to Pop of Style to see the original inspiration photo!

Love the pic! You totally rocked the outfit especially with your cute prego belly. :-) Seeing all these fun fall outfits everywhere is getting me so excited for cooler weather. If it ever decides to get here. Ha!

It's the best, I can finally wear more than a tank top and jersey skirt (I was dying of the heat this summer more than ever!)

There are so few days when we can actually wear cute fall looks before down coat weather, enjoy as they arrive!

Eek it's getting close! I honestly don't know how I can get much bigger. Of course I have to bend down 8 million times a day with a toddler, but I tell myself it's like doing squats - good exercise. We're getting there! And then we'll have a whole new handful of fun things to contend with ;-)
