The Who What Wear for Target Look Book is A Big Yawn

Who What Wear for Target lookbook
Maybe I'm sleep deprived but I just found the Who What Wear lookbook in my inbox and it's one big snooze-fest. I love Who What Wear co-founders Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power (I've followed them since I began blogging way back in the Stone Age) and I see they put a lot of thought into the collection - aiming to include the perfect trench, edgy moto jacket, and essential striped tee for their diehard fashionista fans - but the end result feels uninspired and lackluster. These aren't perfect basics nor are they eye-catching statement pieces. The prices, however, are certainly right, ranging from $14.99 to $49.99, and this is just the first of many installments to come. You can find the debut spring line at select Target stores and on Target.com starting Jan. 31 followed by new Who What Wear styles to be released the first week of every month. If you handpick the best pieces from each collection (such as the trench vest or mod blue moto jacket) I'm thinking this could turn into a very exciting new reason to shop at Target (as if we needed any more excuses). Browse all the looks below and tell me what you think.

Boring... yes. But I NEED that off the shoulder dress. Thanks for putting this on my radar! xo

I agree; the only thing that I see that I MUST HAVE is that pink blazer! Hello pantone color of the year! It could go from work to weekend effortlessly! Make today work, Rachel - CubicleCouture

I like the white blouse with square cut-outs, but I can't tell if the clutch or the shirt is highlighted.

So boring and kinda outdated, especially that large floral print. I appreciate your honesty on the collection.

I actually like quite a bit of it, but I'm reserving judgement until I can see it and feel it in person. These designer collabs are often badly constructed with fabric that looks and feels cheap in person. I do appreciate that many of these pieces will apparently come in plus as well as misses sizes.

I'm actually pretty excited about this collection - I could buy almost every piece and be a happy camper. I want to check them out in person before I start raving from the rooftops, but I am excited to grab a few of the items!

The pink jacket look, the green long vest, and the long denim jacket look is nice. The other pieces look boring or like the material will be a let down, individually with how creative bloggers are these days, maybe there is potential for the rest of stuff.

The styling in the lookbook though, kinda some hits, and mostly misses.

Thank you for the honesty! lol

yea, i'd have to agree that this collection is a snooze–fest , with the exception of the olive cargo vest .

The collection is odd and seems to lack cohesion or direction, but I am loving the longer hemlines and choices in all sizes to cover every woman! I think, as usual with most fashion projections, there will end up being a few pieces we all must have!

I'm kind meh about it too, although I do like the lace tunic.

I don't see anything I have to have.
