Did you hear? Online giant Popsugar has teamed up with Kohl's to create an affordable fashion collection launching September 13th. This is the first time I can recall a website doing a fast-fashion collab (aside from maybe Who What Wear for Target) - but it definitely makes a lot of sense!
I remember reading Popsugar back in the day, getting a daily dose of celeb style and fashion inspo. Now with the help of their editors and readers, they put together this not-so-basic collection of essentials for fall. Mix and match tops, dresses, skirts, pants and more, mostly under $60.
