The Nordstrom Sale is finally open to the public and today I'm sharing what I bought! This is a great time to score fall/winter must-haves at a steep discount. Prices go back up August 4th.
As in years past, most of the popular items have already sold out but DON'T worry. It's NOT the end of the world. My family was in town when the sale kicked off and I didn't really get a chance to shop, but hey, saved me some money, right?!
You don't NEED to shop this sale, but if you were planning on it and need some inspiration, I wanted to share what I purchased. And everything I bought is still fully stocked. YAY!

1. Raincoat: I needed a rain coat and love everything about this one! The color, the hood, the pockets, the length. I know I'll get a ton of wear out of this one! Comes in 3 other great colors.
2. Waterproof Boots: My first pair of Blondos! These get good reviews year after year. A versatile ankle boot I can wear all fall and winter.
3. Cardigan: Can never have too many! My fave cardigans are always Nordstrom. Love this color.
4. Skinny Jeans: My favorite jeans are these in blue wash, I wore them to pieces last year! The only jean that doesn't sag thanks to an elastic waistband.
5. Sherpa Jacket: Decided I needed a zip-up rather than pullover (for nursing). Sherpas are surprisingly hard to find, so I went for it!
6. Belt Bag: This is me being adventurous lol. I'll use this a lot for hands-free outings with the kids.
7. Rain Boots: My second pair of Hunters ever! Want/need rainboots so I decided now's the time!
8. Shearling Sneaker: I can easily see this boot/sneaker hybrid becoming my new favorite. Fun, comfy and cute!
Final thought: I've never regretted any of my past Nordstrom Sale purchases. And with free shipping and free returns, it's fine to buy a couple items and return what you don't love or really need. Happy Shopping & let me know what you end up getting!
