Boots for Holiday Travel

This post was written in collaboration with Sole Society.

I had the chance to pick out a few pieces from Sole Society's latest fall collection. And the two pairs of boots I received courtesy of the brand are perfect for holiday travel! They have a low walkable heel, soft genuine leather, and come in perfect go-with-everything neutral shades.

First up is the Abbott in honey suede ($99.95) which fits true to size. I went up a half size so I could wear these with a thick winter sock. I love this style bootie because it goes with everything. Here I've added this classic plaid scarf ($39.95) - Burberry vibes! - and this must-have hat ($54.95). If you've been on the fence about owning one of these hats, go for it! They are such outfit makers!

Another reason I love this particular color is because it looks so lovely with fall colors like rust or mustard, whether it's a solid sweater or mixed into a plaid print.

Next up is the Verona ($99.95) in vintage cognac, also comes in black, taupe or gray. This shoe is also supremely comfortable for walking and solves the whole "what pants do I wear with these ankle boot" debate...because you can just tuck your jeans or leggings inside!

This also makes for warmer legs - no one wants any exposed skin on frigid days! ;-) I found these boots to run true to size, but again, I'd go up a half size if you plan on wearing thick winter socks with these. I'd also go up a half size if you plan on adding insoles for additional support as both boots are on the flat side.

Lastly, I also recommend this adorable crossbody bag ($59.95). It's the perfect size to carry essentials while traveling or holiday shopping. This comes in oxblood or dark camel as well as the cognac color I'm carrying. Such a good-looking bag with designer-inspired details!

If you're looking for a bigger bag for travel, their popular Lacie weekender in cognac is currently on sale, as well as the Candice weekender which I've owned since 2016 - timeless travel bag that looks like real leather.

I've been a Sole Society fan since 2011 (just randomly looked back through the archives!) and they continue to be one of my favorite sources for bags, shoes and accessories that are always on-point and "expensive looking" - yet very reasonably priced. And they have amazing sales! So bookmark or Pin your favorites and save for later - but don't wait too long on popular styles (I see you leopard-print anything). Those can sell out fast!

I'll link up my exact outfit pieces below...
