Last week I rounded up my favorite Amazon day dresses under $30, and today I wanted to circle back with a review of the two dresses that I ordered. Good news: I love them!

As mentioned in last week's post, I ordered this sunny yellow midi dress and this swingy red floral print shift.
Both are by the Amazon Essentials brand. I appreciate that what you see is what you get with this brand, from the product photos to the accurate product descriptions. Can't say that about every Amazon seller, unfortunately!
The yellow dress fits true to size (wearing small), features a side zipper, and is made from lightweight viscose. It does arrive with some wrinkles. It's a lightweight fabric but not sheer. I thought the cut was very flattering and you could even wear a regular bra with this one (I'm wearing a strapless). Don't expect J.Crew quality, but for $25.90, you'll be satisfied. Dress it up with block heels or wear it with a denim jacket and white sneakers. My favorite kind of dress! Comes in lots of colors but I am obsessed with this chartreuse color, so summery and elevated.
The red dress is similar to our favorite Walmart dress, but does not have pockets. I think it might be slightly thinner fabric and about 1/2 inch shorter. Anyways, it comes in a bunch of great colors, extended sizes, and is a great value at $20. Fits TTS, wearing small. I just love this red floral, so fun for summer (and holidays like Memorial Day!)
My new straw bag is also Amazon, under $40. Beautiful shape, great color, won't snag your clothes. Perfect size and I love the crossbody strap.
I'd say it was a successful mini Amazon haul for me, and I can't wait to try more pieces from the Amazon Essentials brand! How about you?
