Off the Rack: Target Limited Edition Collection Artwork

Oh Joy at Target
If there's anything I love more than fashion, it's art. During a recent Target run, one end-cap in particular made me swoon, as it showcased Target Limited Edition Collection artwork by four artists: There's colorful and trendy DIY-inspired art by Joy Cho, a graphic designer, author, and blogger (who has also designed party decor and a new nursery collection for Target); whimsical animal artwork by Marisa Redondo, "River Luna" artist and illustrator; city scenes by Clare Caulfield, artist and printmaker; and abstract florals by Kiana Mosley, artist and designer. This must be a dream come true for these talented artists who are able to reach a much wider audience thanks to a partnership with the big box retailer. And customers can discover new artists and purchase wall art that feels much more personal and unique than the average unsigned, mass produced print. Prices range from $17.99 to $34.99. Look for Target Limited Edition Collection artwork on your next trip or shop online at Target.com - right now, save an extra 10% on select home items with code DECOR10. I've got this "You're OK" by Oh Joy! print in my cart.

Spot the Real: L'Agence 'Lola' Drape Front Blouse

Can you spot the real drape front blouse?
We all know that white shirts are a wardrobe essential, but it's nice to have some variety. For a feminine look that's suitable for the office as well as nights out, try a drape front blouse. The designer version by L'Agence is $225 (down from $345) at Revolve Clothing, while the look for less is just $22.99 elsewhere. Review: Who What Wear for Target Debuts Its First Collection

Who What Wear for Target review
Yesterday I stopped by Target to check out the new Who What Wear collection, entirely expecting to be let down after seeing the look book. And guess what: I was wrong. So wrong. As much as I love online shopping, it goes to show you really need to see clothes in person to know what they really look and feel like. So what did the collection look and feel like? Stylish, sophisticated and offered in a refreshing range of sizes, from women to plus.

Off the Rack: Nate Berkus for Target Winter 2016 Collection

Nate Berkus Winter 2016 Collection at Target
Target runs are quite eventful these days with a 2 1/2 year old and a 2 month old, often spent nursing in the dressing room (thank you Target employees for giving me the family stall even though I'm not trying on clothes), pressing all the buttons on the noisy diggers and dumpers in the toy section, buying bribes snacks that are consumed before checkout (we pay for them of course), and chatting with seasoned moms and grandmas who always share a knowing smile, a word of encouragement, or even their spot in line. #thankyou So it should come as no surprise that the Nate Berkus Winter 2016 Home Decor Collection looked brand new to me but it's probably been on shelves for weeks. Still it's worth a look, featuring Nate's signature global aesthetic of mixed textures, metals and geometric prints. I especially love the fringe woven stool (shown above, $64.99) asymmetrical mirror set ($49.99) and the Freudian palm leaf fringe wall art ($29.99). I might be late checking out this capsule, but the good thing is that Nate's on-trend designs won't go out of style any time soon. See the entire collection in stores and at target.com priced from $12.99 to $49.99.

Celeb Style Bargain: You Won't Believe Alexandra Daddario's Crochet Dress is Under $30

Alexandra Daddario wears a Forever 21 Floral Crochet Midi Dress while attending Photographs by Kelly Klein, at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, California on January 8, 2016
We love a good celebrity style bargain around here, and could not believe that actress Alexandra Daddario's gorgeous black crochet lace dress is just $29.90 at forever21.com. Lace overlays are very on-trend right now, lending a demure yet sexy look to simple silhouettes. And the floral crochet detailing on this budget-friendly frock looks too luxe to be true! But it is, my friends, and it comes in burgundy as well, which we think would be perfect for Valentine's Day. Click the image or link below to shop Alexandra's exact dress...
