JCPenney has a lot to prove this fall, so it is with critical eyes that we get to check out the Joe Fresh Fall 2013 lookbook. The Canadian fashion brand, as you may recall, first launched its affordable line at JCP stores in Spring 2013 with mixed reactions from BB readers. How do you feel about it now? If you've been to Target recently, you probably noticed a few racks in the women's department labeled "Fall Preview" which I'm guessing is Target's way of letting us budget shoppers indulge in a little pre-fall fashion finery. The looks are overwhelmingly dark and a tad sporty with boxy silhouettes and details like quilted shoulder patches, zipper detailing, and lots of faux leather.
