Behind The Seams: Rent The Runway 'Our Runway' Event

Have you ever rented a dress from Rent the Runway? If you have, you may have thought to yourself at some point - why didn't I think of that?! The two entrepreneurial women who did think of this genius dress-rental company - co-founders Jennifer Hyman and Jenny Fleiss - took some time out to chat with Eye4Style's Dina Fierro during an exclusive NYC event about the secrets to their success. Hard work and perseverance are naturally two key ingredients (no surprise there), but so is celebrating the little things along the way. "Starting a company is a long road, it's a hard road, " says Jenny, "and if you just spend all of your time just focusing on challenges - and not laughing, having fun, remembering funny things that happen - it takes away the joy from everyday." So true.

La Mer Collection Watches for Target

Hugely popular for their chic wrap watches in dozens of fab colors and styles, La Mer Collections is doing a limited-edition line of timepieces for Target. (Thanks to reader Liya E. for confirming this via Facebook!!) I spied the La Mer for Target watches a couple weeks ago when Target sent me their holiday accessories lookbook, then had the chance to see them in person last night at a Target holiday press event, and I'm happy to say they look amazing. La Mer watches normally retail for between $88-$188 while the Target collection pricepoints are just $39.99-$49.99. Definitely adding this to my holiday wish list! The tough part will be picking just one color. See the La Mer for Target watch collection for yourself now in stores and online at target.com.

Shop It Now: Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl's Launches One Day Early

The Narciso Rodriguez for DesigNation exclusively at Kohl's collection has launched one day early, it seems, and is now available for your shopping pleasure at kohls.com. So much for 7 a.m. on November 7th! One item, the colorblock ponte leggings, is marked as "sold out" on the main Narciso Rodriguez page but when I clicked through, they were still available in all colors and sizes. Weird. Anyways, if you can't wait to get your hands on this collection, I suggest you head to kohls.com now. I wasn't a huge fan of this collab at first but after I attended the launch event in New York City and saw non-models wearing the clothes, I had a change of heart. The quality is great and these pieces are uber flattering for many body types. I never should have underestimated Narciso! Thanks to @pinkpopcorn for tipping us to this news!!
