The metallics trend makes its way into makeup - and The Budget Beauty Babe is loving it! —BB
by The Budget Beauty Babe
There is nothing quite like metallic eye shadow, but for those of us who don't like the powder drifting to other places in our eyes and on our faces, it's a product usually avoided. That is why I was absolutely thrilled to find Revlon Limited Edition Molten Metal Liquid Eye Shadow
Let me just put it this way - it looks like it does in the promo shot! That should be enough to convince you, but if not I'll go on. This fantastic product is lightweight yet saturated, so it only takes one coat (that goes on quick and dries even quicker) to produce stunning results. Not thick or gloppy. It stays put through the night, and doesn't crease at all. I'm in love!
Plus, it comes in all sorts of sultry metallic shades (6 to be exact); personally I'm in love with Gold Digger, an awesome gold tone.
Very wow factor, this is one beauty product that is sure to turn heads!

- To "metallize" eyes: Shake well. Sweep onto lids for a lightning flash of color. Blend with fingertip for a more sheer look.
- If your eyes are close set, concentrate color on center of eye moving outward, not on inner corners.
- To enhance your eyes, blend the lightest shade of shadow from lash line to brow bone. Sweep a medium shade across lid to just above the crease. Use a dark shade in crease and on outer corners of eyes.
- Use a dark eyeshadow shade as a liner to define eyes or use over your liner to create a smoky look.
