Deal du Jour: Hunter Boots One-Day Sale at 6pm

The Deal: Tuesday 2/17- Hunter Festival Boots, only $49.95!

Why you need them: This has to be the best deal I've seen on Hunters EVER! Choose from 15 different styles including the festival tall, short or laced boots in bright yellow, red, blue or classic black, chocolate or dark olive. I absolutely love my pair (and I thought I got a good deal at Gilt Groupe when I paid $58 for mine!) When spring showers hit, you'll be glad you own a pair, too.

Features:
  • The all-weather 'Festival Tall' boot from Hunter was designed with muddy British festival-goers in mind.
  • Striped detail on the outside buckle matches the striped inside lining of the boots.
  • Vulcanized natural rubber construction, built on an orthopedic last for the legendary Hunter fit.
  • Quick dry knitted nylon lining.
  • Multi-layer cushioned sponge insole.
  • Traditional calendered natural rubber sole.
Comments
As much as I want to buy a pair of Hunter boots...I live in LA where it rains every so often (today happening to be one of those occasions). These rubber boots on slick concrete seems like an accident waiting to happen? Or maybe I'm just accident prone? I can't decide if it's worth it or not. Decisions...

The Hunters actually have good traction, you gotta be careful but I've already worn mine on trails with ice/slush and they are awesome!

thanks for the heads up! i was disappointed that i missed out on the gilt sale and wasn't expecting another one. i got two sizes to try but i have a feeling they might be too small for my calves after reading some reviews :-( if they don't work out, i'd offer them to anyone here before sending them back for a return.

Ooh! Sweet deal! One question though...

I'm usually a size 7.5. For these boots, would you recommend ordering a size 7 or size 8 (that's all they seem to have).

Those are really nice. I bought some boots like this at Walmart that were nice, but only held up for one season!

I like boots like this because you know your feet are going to stay dry!

i bought an extra pair of the olive talls in 39 to try but they're too big. if anyone's interested, i'm just looking for the boot + shipping back. otherwise i'll probably list them on ebay but calculated to get that back + the fees. i would ship them back but i hate losing money on shipping fees.

Hi Grace - do you still have the olive talls in 39? I just bought the black ones in 39 but think I'd rather have olive (was sold out in that size). Let me know - thanks!
