The Who What Wear for Target Look Book is A Big Yawn

Who What Wear for Target lookbook
Maybe I'm sleep deprived but I just found the Who What Wear lookbook in my inbox and it's one big snooze-fest. I love Who What Wear co-founders Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power (I've followed them since I began blogging way back in the Stone Age) and I see they put a lot of thought into the collection - aiming to include the perfect trench, edgy moto jacket, and essential striped tee for their diehard fashionista fans - but the end result feels uninspired and lackluster. These aren't perfect basics nor are they eye-catching statement pieces. The prices, however, are certainly right, ranging from $14.99 to $49.99, and this is just the first of many installments to come. You can find the debut spring line at select Target stores and on Target.com starting Jan. 31 followed by new Who What Wear styles to be released the first week of every month. If you handpick the best pieces from each collection (such as the trench vest or mod blue moto jacket) I'm thinking this could turn into a very exciting new reason to shop at Target (as if we needed any more excuses). Browse all the looks below and tell me what you think.

Spot the Real: Max Studio Oxblood Tank Top

Fab find: Target burnout tank top
We all need going out tops, those better-than-basic tanks, tees and shirts that can be worn with jeans and heels for an instant dressy look. Here's a keeper: It's a velvet burnout tank top by Mossimo that comes in cabernet red or black and sells for just $22.99 at target.com. In case you needed extra persuasion, it looks a lot like a top by Max Studio which costs twice as much. How's that for validation? Beauty Best: Burt's Bees New Lipstick Collection Available at Target

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Burt’s Bees. All opinions are 100% mine.

Burt's Bees new lipstick review
The holidays may have come and gone but I felt like a kid on Christmas morning when a beautiful package recently arrived for me from Burt's Bees. Inside the bright red box with a brown honeycomb lasercut sleeve were nestled all 14 of the good-for-you beauty company's new line of lipsticks. Much like a new box of crayons, I couldn't wait to dive in and test each of the 14 full coverage, satin-finish shades...at the same time, I decided to ration them out, testing one a day (anyone else hate ruining that perfect tip on a fresh lipstick?) You can easily treat yourself to these lipsticks, too, because they're just $8.99 each and available at Target.

Off the Rack: BaubleBar for Target Tech Accessories

Baublebar at Target
If "texting is your cardio," then you'll flip for the Baublebar x Target tech accessories collection, a line of glam gadget gear for the fashion savvy gal who doesn't let the looks of her iPhone case ruin a perfect outfit. Rather, she compliments her ensemble with the latest designs much like jewelry, pairing rose gold ear buds with a colorblock phone cover (love the faux marble), or a MisFit Flash activity tracker nestled inside a sparkly Baublebar pendant necklace. I have to say this end-cap really caught my attention and I'd love to add a couple items to my cart (hello gold gem bluetooth speaker), but right now I'm stalking OtterBoxes on eBay. I kept my iPhone and iPad away from my toddler as long as I possibly could but Pandora's box has been opened and he wants to play with mommy's toys now, which means I need military grade protection for my devices, not shiny cosmetic ones. Sigh. Prices range from $19.99 to $69.99. Shop the BaubleBar for Target collection now in stores and online. See anything you love?

Back in Black: Kendall Jenner's Bodycon Dress and Longline Duster Look for Less

Kendall Jenner's black duster and white sneakers look for less
Nothing says model off-duty like this all black ensemble worn by Kendall Jenner. Playing with layers, Kendall pairs the short, fitted dress with an elongated and oversized coat, black leather satchel, gold-rimmed aviators and crisp white slip-on sneakers. I love that Kendall paired the dress with the sneakers...it makes the look wearable for daytime and adds a casual note to an elegant outfit. The slip-ons also add comfort when out on the town—something I'm always looking for! Read on to get Kendall's look for less...
