Elle Fanning was the picture of summer chic in a crop top and sandals as she took a stroll during the 70th Cannes Film Festival.
I love the simple color palette of crisp white and denim blue. Not a fan of the crop top? Swap in a tie-front white shirt (like this one) instead.
I also love the comfy double strap sandals that Elle is wearing. Upon closer inspection, you'll see the actress has fun with her accessories, from the crystal embellishments on the sandals to her Gucci glitter sunglasses ($375, nordstrom.com). You could even get in on the trend with this DIY glitter sunglasses tutorial!
I'm always on the lookout for a good nude lipstick, especially on a budget. Rimmel London spokesmodel Rita Ora recently wore the brand's new Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Latte To Go to the Billboard Music Awards - and it retails for a cool $5.49 at ulta.com.
Reviews give it 4.5 stars which is a very good endorsement. But I think Rita's gorgeous pout is endorsement enough - she looks amazing, and the nude lip is the perfect compliment to the rest of her makeup look and her black and white, crystal and lace dress by Francesco Scognamiglio.
Margot Robbie wore the cutest polka dot shirt dress as she arrived at LAX Airport a couple months back, but I thought this was the perfect Memorial Day look to wear right now. I'm pretty sure polka-dots never go out of style. Neither do shirt dresses. Put the two together and you have a match made in fashion heaven.
Add some modern white sneakers and a girl-next-door pony tail and you have just about the sweetest look around. I found an H&M wrap dress that looks identical to Margot's plus another amazing lookalike in case your size is sold out - I tried it on a couple weeks ago and now I think I'll have to go back and get it!
The folks at Goodpop were kind enough to send me a complimentary bag of their Organic Freezer Pops, available on Amazon, and my kids love them - and I love that they're all-natural. I'll definitely be ordering these again, so convenient - just pop in the freezer!
Memorial Day weekend is here and I couldn’t be more excited! I love hanging out outside with a good barbeque complete with all the fixings and all the friends.
For my outfit plans, I always keep it casual while still managing a chic vibe. I love all these outfits because they’re cool, festive, and comfortable. Also, they’re all under one hundred bucks! So no need to splurge on your looks...instead focus on the food and all the fun you’ll be having!
