Christian Siriano for O-Cel-O Sponges

Stylish sponges by O-Cel-O (not Christian's)

We love Christian Siriano's collabs with Payless (or at least love to critique 'em), and his makeup collab with Victoria's Secret, now the Project Runway winner is partnering with another brand for a slightly unorthodox collab, namely, designing sponges! Yes, O-Cel-O, maker of innovative and stylish home cleaning products, is partnering with designer and Siriano to "give the everyday scrub sponge a glamorous makeover with a pop of fashion."

To kick off the partnership, O-Cel-O is launching a "Clean with Style" sweepstakes for a chance to win a New York Fashion Week Getaway and a backstage pass to meet Christian Siriano. You can enter at www.ocelo.com/cleanwithstyle through August 13th. Stay tuned for the Christian Siriano for O-Cel-O sponges that will be available in stores beginning spring 2011.

Well I saw this on your Twitter and I have to say that I'm a bit surprised. Seems a little off his path to me. Guess I'll have to buy a "fierce" sponge!

Okay, designer sponges? I never expected that. LOL

Not really comfortable with that idea, but who am I to get inside Siriano's brain and tell him, "Nooooo. Don't do that!"?

It would be a complete waste of money, deciding that I should leave it aside and not use it for cleaning.
