Spot the Real: Joie "Refugee" Lace-Up Military Boots

Boots with a utilitarian or military-feel are huge for fall, and Joie's "Refugee" Lace-Up Military Boots are a perfect example. Can you spot them below? They'll set you back $535 while the look-a-like pair will cost you a mere $200 (I'm joking, they're both crazy expensive but if they're the only shoes you buy all season, you'll still have money left over for rent.) Take a guess, the click either image to find out which is which.

I love this style of boots! There are many different versions out there, and a few are under $100. Check out Nine West. I don't think most would suit me because I have very skinny calves, and the ones that run narrow cost $$$, but the look is so nice I'd splurge if I could!

Hey! I have the Steve Madden "Perrin" boot. It's actually a dark grey, not black, but absolutely awesome! Does run a WHOLE size bigger. I wear a 6.5 and a 7.5 fits perfectly.

FYI: If you buy from stevemadden.com, the boots are listed at $169.95 instead of $199.99 like at all other sites. (Luckily I researched before buying!) Also, from researching, if you use the code MS20 from http://www.myshoes.com/steve-madden/perrin/dark-grey, you get 20% off. I got the boots for $142.91. Not bad!

(That sounds like an advertisement, but I was just super excited to save $60....) Just saw this boot in brown now and might need...AHH..want that too :-)
