Update: Mila's exact necklace is NOT by White Trash Charms, but by Lizzie Scheck and retails for $790. (via Possessionista)
But since that's a little pricey and you're not married to the whole lightning bolt idea, I would recommend checking out the offerings at TrueBirds.com. Run by a twin sister L.A. design team, this new-to-me accessories brand has a lot of long-strand pendants with unique charms like a working hourglass or magnifying glass - definite conversation pieces!
Most of their jewelry is under $50, but if you can wait until Wednesday, True Birds will be offering a special deal on Groupon, so I'd check that out. UPDATE: Here's the link to the Groupon Deal, it's listed under "Ventura County."
P.S. If you have a weakness for feathers and headbands, do not visit TrueBirds.com - the pieces you'll find there are irresistible.

You can ask the seller to make the chain longer, they will usually do that for you.
I like this pendant the most, if you look really close at link that holds the pendant to the chain, this one looks the most like the White Trash Charms original:

And like Jeniffer said, take a look at forever 21. The only problem is they turn black really fast

(I shortened the link because it was so long..)
I don't think it looks like what you are looking for at all..
Good luck! I'm thinking of getting one for myself too.
And thanks BB for sharing the Coolspotters website!
