Topshop is opening its second store location in the country on Chicago's Magnificent Mile this September, and that means Chicagoans will get to indulge in Topshop makeup. To celebrate the launch, Topshop is creating an exclusive stormy blue nail polish aptly named Windy City. I'm totally jealous that my hometown is getting a Topshop but of course I will make it a top priority to shop there whenever I visit.
