Runway To Real Way: Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2013 Ready-To-Wear

Salvatore Ferragamo Runway to Real Way Fall 2013

Salvatore Ferragamo knows how to dress the sophisticated, chic woman and his fall 2013 collection portrays just that. Consisting of mainly dark shades and gorgeous outerwear, here are my three favorite looks at cost-effective prices:

Runway to Real Way: Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2013

Executing this look with ease, model Agne Knociute dons an exquisite white fur coat paired with a white skirt, and striped turtleneck. It’s difficult to work a fur coat without coming across as tacky and Ferragamo pulled it off effortlessly. To get the look for less, try a statement-making shag coat from Forever 21. This versatile coat can be worn on a casual day or when going out on the town. To complete this look, I added a basic beige turtleneck, t-strapped nude heels, and a unique asymmetric white skirt.

Runway to Real Way: Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2013

Flaunting a dark purple turtleneck dress and beautifully tailored white jacket, Julia Frauche exudes mod femininity of the working woman. My budget-take on this look emphasizes a purple turtleneck dress, coupled with knee-high boots, a white jacket, and black tote. If you haven’t noticed I have a thing for button-down jackets, and was excited to see the way Ferragamo worked them throughout his entire collection. There was a big emphasis on outerwear in this fall compilation.

In this last favorite, Ferragamo balances a sexy, bold sequin skirt with a turtleneck and black clutch bag. Turtlenecks have the ability to add classiness to any outfit and this last feature was no different. My budget version of this look consists of turtleneck, and sequin swirled skirt. To complete the look I added a bold, trendy white hexagon bag with black and white t-strap pumps.

SHOP this look: JCP Turtleneck $15 / Buckle Skirt $21 / Sole Society Shoes $50 / Urban Outfitters Clutch $39
