Bags and Boots For Budget Babes: JustFab September Review

Just Fab Review

Okay, I can't be the only girl crying over her Marie Claire or People StyleWatch or Vogue at all the designer goodies that I may never even see in real life, let alone touch. But as Budget Babes we are savvy bargain hunters, always up-to-date on where to find inexpensive yet chic alternatives. JustFab hit my shopper radar just as I was about to give up on a new pair of boots and a bag (my two BIGGEST weaknesses) for fall. With JustFab, you can get your shoe and handbag fix for less, and that delivery-package-on-your doorstep high every month with their VIP service. So, stop pinning those boots on your "Fantasy Closet" board on Pinterest and put them on your feet! And that magazine tearout you saved of the satchel you'd kill to have on your arm? Clear some shelf space or hang a hook for the actual thing! I checked two wishes off my own list with these items:

‘Cache’ Tote
VIP Price = $39.95
Regular Price = $49

Maybe I’m biased because blue is my power hue, but I felt I had met my other half with this beauty from the moment I unwrapped the plastic around it. The cobalt is as bright and bold as the photos online. The Cache is acceptable for any occasion—work or play—since it is not an abnormally oversized tote and has a clean, mod look. I also like that it is sturdy and doesn’t flop over on it’s own. It may even loosen up with frequent use.

Also, fair warning: you feel like a trendsetter when toting this tote. I brought mine out on errands a couple times, and besides the two compliments I received, I noticed women gaze at the bag as if they were ready to pounce. I am just giddy over this bag! It comes with a removable shoulder strap and is available in black as well.

‘Lallia’ Boots
VIP Price = $39.95
Regular Price = $49
I chose these boots for two reasons: 1. I have about five pairs past excessive of black and brown, but not grey ones, and 2. Quilted moto was also missing from my collection.

What you see is what you get when it comes to the grey color, and they are durable but not uncomfortably stiff.
I ordered a size 8.5 because my other JustFab boots in a 9 had a bit too much wiggle room, which led to clunking and dragging my feet. This was a good choice for me because I probably won’t wear thick socks with these like I would with a taller pair.

I’m sure all you highly fashionable BB’s know just how you would style these! But in case you need some ideas, you can see I chose black skinnies, a basic top, a skull-printed scarf, and my faux leather moto jacket (yes, nice ladies can pull off biker chic!) Or, you can get even more fashionably risky and wear them with a circle skirt and cropped sweater or top and oversized cardigan! Have fun with it.

As with Fabletics in my last post, JustFab works the same way with their VIP program. Begin by taking their Style Quiz to help them determine your fashion personality and suggest items that cater to your taste, and from there you’ll be able to place monthly orders at their VIP prices. Read here for full details on the program!
