Off the Rack: Sally Hansen Halloween Nail Strips

Sally Hansen has once again released a limited-edition line of Halloween inspired nail polish strips, with 5 fun patterns to choose from: Numbskull, Spun For You, Batty For You, How Corny, and Patch-O-Lanterns. Salon Effects Real Nail Polish strips are super easy to apply, just peel, stick and file off the excess. Mine usually last 10 days (the downside is some of the patterns are tough to get off, so just soak nails in polish remover or use a gel nail polish remover - learned that tip from a reader.) Other new products I spotted at my Walgreens included a Holiday Collection, Lustre Shine iridescent polishes, and Insta Gel Strips, which you set under a mini UV light. Has anyone tried these?! Anyways, lots of options to make your nails your best Halloween accessory of the night. More pics after the jump...

Ask BB: Mindy's Bandage Dress from 'The Mindy Project'

I'm dying for a less expensive version of the dress Mindy Kaling wore on the last episode of her show The Mindy Project (Season 1, Episode 3, Original Airdate 10/09/2012). —Stephanie

I'm usually out of the loop when it comes to current TV shows but I actually watch The Mindy Project and thought Mindy's club-scene dress was amazing, too! The vivid red color is eye-catching while the modern stripes emphasize a perfect hourglass shape.

Her one-shoulder bandage dress by Herve Leger is $1,550 at bcbg.com (kinda steep, even for Mindy's OB/GYN character):

When it comes to bandage dresses on a budget, nobody beats Bebe. While I couldn't find an exact look-a-like, Bebe has the best selection of bandage-style dresses, mostly under $150:
