Gwen Stefani is designing a kids' clothing collection for Target called Harajuku Mini. The "Japanese anime-inspired" line will feature products for babies, children and teens and will retail for $3.99 to $29.99. (via WWD) How cute will this be?! Gwen's kids always look beyond cool and her other forays into fashion have been hugely successful, so I have no doubt this line will be a hit.
