Earlier this week, Target hosted an event showcasing the Pixi by Petra Spring 2014 collection, which is available in stores and online now. I got to meet Petra Strand (above), creator and the brains behind the beauty brand, and her team. They gave me a personal tour through this charming collection and really sold me on, well, all of it. Everything is easy and anyone can use it, which when it comes to makeup, and especially for someone on the go, is a must. One of my favorite items was the brow duo, which has a retractable brow pencil on one side and brow gel on the other. I also love the cheek sheens! You can achieve all kind of looks with Pixi's offerings, the packaging is adorable and best of all, everything is affordable!

Last week, Urban Outfitters hosted an event at the 526 Avenue of the Americas store to launch their Without Walls collection, currently available online and in select stores. This fashion-meets-performance collection presents an assortment of cool apparel and accessories for fitness, surf, trail and cycle, curated from an array of brands and designers and featuring functional workout essentials that are bright, chic and fun. Without Walls is sure to give your old gym sweats a run for their money and make the prospect of working out - or just hanging out - a bit more exciting!

At the end of 2013, Loft hosted a preview of their Spring 2014 collection. True to form, Loft is offering a variety of separates and accessories that can be eased into any wardrobe. The palette, while muted, was airy, clean and crisp. The silhouettes are flattering and easily transitioned from work to casual, or vice versa. A desaturated coral anorak and lace pencil skirt in off-white were among my favorite pieces. Spring, we're waiting for you!

Earlier in the season, Lands' End hosted a presentation of their Spring / Summer 2014 collection, debuting in March. The beloved Americana brand put their best foot forward with a collection that's bursting with color and offers a wide range of pieces. Great graphic designs and bold prints shine on everything from classic sportswear to swimsuits, plus lots of essential accessories. Lands' End stays consistent with their canvas bag offerings and personalization of items like preppy polos and button-ups, but have added "fun" as an overall accent to each piece! Among my favorites were the flamingo and stripes sweater and the chic ballet flats. Keep reading to see more pics - and tell me you aren't smiling by the end!

Last night, Target hosted a preview event for their latest collaboration; Peter Pilotto for Target, available Feb. 9, at most Target stores and Target.com. A curated assortment will also be available to global fans via online luxury retailer Net-A-Porter.com. The collection features bursts of color, translated through gorgeous floral prints and color blocking as well as a mix of textures and silhouettes. There are separates, sneakers, swimsuits and sunglasses, ranging in price from $15 to $80 for apparel and swimwear and $17 to $40 for accessories. The flirty and fun dresses are a standout and there's no doubt that all the pieces are going to fly off the shelves. Fashionistas, get ready for the frenzy!!!
