I Tried JustFab's New Apparel Collection and Here's How It Went

Summer pieces from JustFab we're loving now
If I had my way, I would spend every day of summer in a swimsuit and a cover up. But summer also means lots of opportunities for gatherings and occasions that require more than a bikini. Many of you may be familiar with JustFab for their knockout handbags and shoes for less. If you haven’t branched out to their other options, Budget Babes will be pleased to find that JF has you covered for summer clothing, too, with a growing assortment of affordable dresses, tops, bottoms - even swimwear. Recently I had the chance to review a few pieces, courtesy of JustFab - read on for more details!

Becca Wedge / VIP Price: $30, Regular: $39
Ohhhh my gosh. So in love with these. I am not a high-heel girl whatsoever. Granted, I have no reason to wear them often...the ankle/foot pain is not worth it to me, so I tend to reach for sandals or flats. However, when the occasion calls for it, I will wear wedges at a reasonable height and comfortable fit. This snake pattern pair hit all the requirements, with a bite of sexiness (without being trashy - a BIG concern of mine with animal prints!) I plan on keeping these around for the next time my social life livens up!

Eyelet box tank at JustFab
Eyelet Box Tank / VIP Price: $30, Regular: $39
I do love the look of cropped tanks like this. And the eyelet detail in white is such a fresh, summery choice. Sadly, I do not think this is something I would have bought if I had tried it on first, say I found it in a store. It was very tight-fitting, but I think that it might have to do with my build and bust size. I’m wearing a size small, and I don’t think a bigger size would have been anymore flattering just because of the square cut and high neckline—no one wants clothes that make them look bigger than they are. Again, I think your own opinion of this top will depend on how it fits your specific body type. I would suggest finding a similar top at a local store and trying it on!

Drawstring Track Pant / VIP Price: $40, Regular: $49
My second favorite type of pants after leggings! Honestly I am all about comfort these days, especially with such hot weather. The last thing I want is a pair of skinnies or baggy cropped boyfriend jeans. These easy breezy track pants come in the ever-so-popular tribal print and the neutral colors are easy to pair different tops with. I am wearing a size small in these as well. The only downside to this is the crotch is overly baggy in front, but wearing these high-waisted will most likely solve that flaw! I also wish that these were a little softer—maybe I’m too picky but the fabric is a little too stiff for my liking.

Jackson Clutch / VIP: $24.95, Regular: $34
Sadly this rose color that I have is now sold out, but it is available in black and turquoise! The clutch is much larger in person than it appears on the website, but I guess you can probably tell this by looking at the model holding the bag…clearly I wasn’t paying attention! A big online shopper no-no. Typically I would prefer something with a crossbody or shoulder straps, but the refined look and sturdy construction of the bag convinced me that it will be an ideal piece for date nights and special occasions.

In conclusion, while most of the apparel items I tried out had small flaws that can be overlooked, I will personally only purchase accessories and shoes from JustFab in the future, based on the way the apparel fit on my body.

Have you tried JustFab's new clothing offerings? What did you think?

I really love the clutch! However, just a note that you listed the price incorrectly. When I clicked on the link it says it's originally $34 and the VIP price is $25. I would be much more inclined to buy it, and I think others would too, if your link reflected the lower price point.

You're totally right, thanks for giving us the heads up! I've updated the post above to reflect the correct information.
