Get the Look: Dianna Agron at the 2011 Golden Globes

Pantene Celebrity Stylist Danilo (who I interviewed backstage at the L.A.M.B. Fall 2010 show) styled Dianna Agron's hair for the 2011 Golden Globes. Sidenote: Dianna Agron is the first famous person I've ever been aware of who spells her name just like me (ie., Dianna with a double "n")!

Danilo and Dianna decided on a half-up glamour set to complement her strapless J. Mendel dress. "When you style hair for the red carpet you have to take into account that it must look good from every angle," said Danilo. "I wanted her hair to have the ability to be undone, have movement, and be shiny, but didn't want her to worry about it all night which is why a half-up style was the perfect choice."

How to Wear the Cape Trend
There's something super glamorous about the shape and silhouette of a winter cape. To keep your look chic, not costumey, stick with a neutral color palette like a crisp white blouse and black skinnies, which will balance out the volume of the cape. Add feminine flats, oversized sunnies and a cool bag to complete your sartorial superhero ensemble. —BB

What I'm Wearing: An Engagement Ring!

On Christmas Eve, my boyfriend proposed to me in the park across the street from the house where I grew up, under lightly falling snow. It was perfect. Camden and I met in 2004 when we were both working for Oprah.com in Chicago, and the rest, as they say, is history. He popped the question with a Tiffany solitaire, the same style of ring which my father gave my mother when they got engaged over 39 years ago. Between holiday travel and all the snow storms we've been having (not to mention I'm the world's biggest procrastintor) I haven't had a chance to tell you guys but I felt like sharing this happy news just in case I start tweeting incessantly about wedding gowns and color palettes and such.

What I'm wearing: Converse for Target plaid shirt, LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's Blazer, Linea Pelle hobo via ideeli, Joe's jeans via Hautelook, Payless boots.
